Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your location by our logistics partners.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, EasyFixGear may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message containing:

  • Courier partner details

  • Tracking link

This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit:

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please:

  • Take photos of the package.
