1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Eligible return reasons include:

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Product received is defective or not working

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product is significantly different from the description on our website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order number.

  • Photos or videos may be required to verify the issue.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned after the return window

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items (if mentioned)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@easyfixgear.com

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our support team will review the request within 24–48 hours.

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.


5. Replacement

In cases of:

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect item delivered

We may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider or bank.

  3. Processing times may vary between financial institutions.
